Client Letter Of Agreement

We are pleased to provide you with professional organizing services. We strive to represent your interests efficiently and professionally and to ensure that you receive effective organizing services at the most reasonable cost possible. All matters are kept confidential and will not be shared without your written consent. Below are the agreed-upon terms for our services.


RATES & PAYMENT:
Rates for organizing vary according to package purchased. Please refer to our website and your invoice for rate clarifications. Payments may be made by check, ACH, or credit card. Please note that a 3% fee is automatically added to cover credit card transactions. If you wish to pay exclusively by ACH or check, please notify Room Redefined so we can remove this fee from invoices. Payment is due upon receipt of invoices.

TRAVEL POLICY:
Travel exceeding 20 miles from the Room Redefined home office will be calculated into travel/organization packages.

DONATIONS POLICY:
We will remove donations (must fit within car) and provide tax receipts at the client’s request. Hourly rates apply. We will happily work with the client to arrange for larger donations.

COVID POLICY:
Room Redefined respects the safety and health of our clients and staff. All Room Redefined organizers are required to be fully vaccinated. If requested by the client, organizers will wear face masks when working. Should an employee of Room Redefined show COVID symptoms, they will pause working until they have a negative test, and symptoms have resolved. We ask that clients also notify us immediately if they develop COVID related symptoms until testing can take place. We will then resume work as soon as it is determined safe to do so. Room Redefined reserves the right to stop working in any environment that we feel is unsafe for health reasons.

SCHEDULING:
If client is purchasing products, products must be available for use by the agreed-upon date. Twenty-four hours’ notice via phone, text or e-mail is required for rescheduling appointments. There will be a non-notification fee of $85.00 for missed appointments. Weather-related cancellations will follow the decision of the local school district.

TERMINATION:
Client has the right to terminate services at any time. If client elects to terminate engagement, client remains responsible for any fees incurred prior to termination. Organizer has the same right regarding termination, subject to reasonable notice allowing client to arrange alternative services.

ACCEPTANCE:
This document will serve as our standard engagement letter of agreement and your signature confirms your understanding of the basis upon which we will provide organizational services to you.
